BitPay has launched âLabsâ, a discussion forum for all of the firmâs open-source bitcoin projects.
The bitcoin payment processor announced the news on its blog, saying that it believes âthat reliable, open-source bitcoin infrastructure is crucial to widespread adoptionâ.
The post described BitPay Labs as the âperfect place to ask questions, get feedback, and discuss ideas for improving on open-source bitcoin projectsâ.
It continued to explain that âeach project has a Lab, and project maintainers are actively working with the community to answer questions, find solutions, and guide developmentâ.
The announcement follows BitPayâs continued development of Bitcore, BIP45 â aimed to advance bitcoin wallet security and ease-of-use â and Copay, an open source HD multisig wallet platform as well as the release of projects like BitAuth, Insight and Foxtrot.
